Kris Johnson serves as Regional Sales Manager for Century 21 Judge Fite Company, where her passion is helping real estate professionals build successful businesses, strengthen client relationships, and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Having spent more than a decade in the real estate industry, Kris brings a unique perspective to leadership. After building her real estate career almost exclusively with Century 21 Judge Fite Company, she understands the value of a brokerage that invests in its people. That experience continues to shape her leadership approach and commitment to agent success.

Having successfully transitioned from Realtor to office leader and now Regional Sales Manager, Kris understands the different stages of a real estate career and is passionate about helping agents identify and achieve their next level of success. Having built her own successful real estate business before moving into management, she understands firsthand the challenges agents face in today's market and is committed to providing the coaching, support, accountability, and resources they need to thrive.

Kris leads with a servant-hearted approach, believing that when agents grow, families are impacted, businesses flourish, and communities become stronger. She is dedicated to creating a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous learning where agents at every stage of their career feel supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Under her leadership, the Mansfield office has earned recognition including the Century 21 Hall of Fame designation and the Century 21 Quality Service Award, achieving a remarkable 99% client satisfaction rating. Kris is especially passionate about agent development, training, recruiting, and fostering an environment where both experienced agents and those new to the industry can succeed.

Known for her approachable leadership style and genuine desire to help others, Kris believes real estate is ultimately a relationship business built on trust, integrity, and service. Whether she is mentoring an agent, leading a training program, or helping someone navigate an important career decision, her focus remains the same: helping people achieve more than they thought possible.

Outside of the office, Kris has been married to her husband, Josh, for more than 28 years. Together they have three children, a wonderful daughter-in-law, and two energetic goldendoodles, Flynn and Ryder. She enjoys spending time with family, camping, being outdoors, and making memories around a campfire. Her faith, family, and commitment to serving others continue to shape both her personal life and her leadership philosophy.
